Stephen Payne, a GOP fundraiser and Homeland Security Advisory Council member, was caught on video selling time with the nation's most powerful officials in exchange for six digit donations to the Bush presidential library. George W. wants the biggest library ever, and apparently he's willing to sell his time and influence to pay for it.

Could Payne have been lobbying for this fund without Bush's knowledge? As they say in Britain, not bloody likely.
Just put this event on the long list of criminal offenses committed by this administration. Oh look, I see a space on Bush's personal list between "making stuff up so we could go to war" and "outing a covert agent to get that guy who called me on using bad pre-war intelligence."
